Finally Free from Anxiety and Depression

I battled with anxiety and depression all my life. For over two decades I searched high and low for an antidote. Finally, I had a major breakthrough in my early 40’s and that’s when my life started to change dramatically, and quickly.
The big aha moment occurred when I came across key resources that allowed me to understand that what was ‘missing’ was a sense of purpose. I then began when I working my way through specific processes and activities to identify my life’s calling and eliminate the fears, doubts, negative self-talk and limiting beliefs that were holding me back in life. I developed the website www.aguideforlife.com as a free online resource for those who felt as unhappy, lost and confused as I was prior to setting out my self-discovery journey. My primary objective was to help others avoid the long and costly path I took.
Gregg Braden, best-selling author and pioneer in bridging science, spirituality and human potential, has lauded this site as one of the best of its kind in the world. He professed, “I wish I’d had a resource like this 30 years ago!” It has subsequently become a hub for my work and services.
I am now an author, content curator and facilitator for self-transformation. My skills and services take a multi-disciplinary approach based on the latest therapeutic modalities and brain science. In my Brisbane practice, I conduct one-on-one consultations and energy assessments to ascertain where clients are on their journey, and then provide personalised guidance to help change the printout of their life. I also facilitate belief change, emotional release and hands-on healing sessions to relieve stress and anxiety.
When I’m not helping clients, I continue to focus on completing the Build a Life You LOVE Workbook Series – seven workbooks presenting all the information, tools and activities that gave me the freedom to express myself fully across all aspects of my life.
My first workbook, titled Find Your Purpose, Change Your Life: A guide for uncovering your life’s calling to create a joyous, fulfilling and meaningful life, was published in 2020. It discusses the difference between passion and purpose, and the consequences of mistaking a passion for your purpose. It walks you through five activities, to take you on a journey deep within to uncover:

Workbook #2, titled Imagineer Your Ultimate Future: A guide for bridging the gap between your current reality and the life of your dreams, will be released in April 2021. This workbook discusses the science behind creative visualisation and then walk readers through a powerful yet easy-to-follow process for discovering what’s most meaningful to them and designing, building and rehearsing an inspiring and emotionally charged life vision. This unique methodology produces the neurology needed for you brain and body to accept your vision as truth. Why is this essential? As you biochemically become the person the you aspire to be your outer world automatically aligns to match your vision – your dreams of building a life you LOVE becomes a reality.
