We will not bombard you with emails. Only important notifications will be sent. The default settings for member notifications are: Mentions, Replies, Messages, Friendship Requests, Friendship Accepted,  Group Invitations, Group Information, Group Admin Promotion, Joined Group and Group Membership Request.
